1) Recently, we have been having cumbersome experiences with our technology team. What is VisioSight's strategy to deffect the recurring issues we are facing from technology and offshoring firms?
VisioSight knows that offshoring is not about requesting a project to be completed without any serious project planning. As you sure know, I.T and outsourcing requires active project management planning. We realize that the most crucial ingredient to successful project management are open channels of communication. We use state of the art project management softwares such as Basecamp as well as execute conference calls on a day by day basis between clients and the project managers. We believe that setting up detailed milestones and meeting those detailed milestones in a timely manner would secure a successful delivery each time. This helps eliminate last minute surprises for both the client as well as the team. We also have a “Minutes of meeting” protocol which gets communicated to our clients after meetings. Any changes to the scope are governed by a “Change Management Procedure”.
We do not negate the fact that the clients need continuous communication. Therefore, VisioSight took on the mission to build a powerful guding coalition that understands cultural differences and that helps bridge the gaps between various cultures.
2) Do your developers communicate well?
All our developers are well versed in spoken and written English. We also conduct in-house accent training classes for our team members in order to help them get a “neutral” accent.
3) Do you hand off work to third parties?
We do not outsource work to third parties. All the work is done in-house by our own employees.
4) Are you interested in long-term relationships?
We love long-term relationships. We offer large discounts on long-term projects.
5) We have several projects that we would like to get a skilled team start on (or we have a steady stream of projects). Do you have the capabilities to ramp up operations at a short notice?
We have the ability to ramp up operations within a time-span of 10 days. We are interested in creating long-term relationships with our clients and can offer development at a discounted rate.
