What makes VisioSight unique is the fact that it takes time and effort to understand the business of our clients prior to engaging our teams in development or creative tasks. We have many layers that we put into action such as:
1- Needs analysis session: Where we embark on new and fresh ideas, help guide the client towards a path that will be worth his effort and that would generate a good amount of ROI!
2- Creative design session: Our creative team utilizes many wireframe producing programs to further facilitate the vision to the client and the development team. Those wireframes are dynamic wireframes which resemble a complete application or a website design project. It shows the client what happens to users from the point of entering their application, engaging theirselves with it, to the point of submitting transaction. Everything gets detailed out so that all business layers as well as technical layers are understood to secure optimum production for the lifecyle of development.
3- Sign off phase: This is the phase where we finalize submitting any business-side documents, NDA's, Proposals where our clients in their part sign off so we can start a smooth development process.
4- Projects lifecycle phase: VisioSight takes the time and effort to showcase our clients the milestones needed to complete their project. We provide our clients detailed milestones that demonstrate how the job will get done. We communicate mainly through a centralized project management application that helps us centralize all project documentation, which eventually leads to a more organized project documentation initiative. Which in its part, helps drive the project smoothly into a faster launch time.
All milestones are thoroughly analyzed and studied prior to handing them off to our clients.
Q.A process: Our Q.A staff conitnuously takes on the part of testing the project that is undergoing. We have various ways of Q.A such as: Verbage, Functionality, Business logic, and user experience Q.A processes that we execute throughout the lifecycle of developing projects.
